Jacob built and ran AI inside a working business before founding Zorn AI. At BPWood he led the adoption hands-on: choosing the tools, connecting them, and putting them to work on real operational problems, not slideware. He started Zorn AI to give other Canadian business leaders the system he had to build from scratch.
